  • Rooms and vehicles are subject to availability, during the time of tour confirmation.
  • The proposed tour programs can be customized as per your needs and requirements.
  • Our tour services are based on a good combination of heritage and star hotels. All the hotels are neat and clean and have tastefully decorated air-conditioned rooms of international standards with all modern facilities. We have been using these hotels regularly for our various overseas clients with an excellent report in respective categories.
  • The company serves as an agent for airlines, hotels, transport operators (for cars/coaches) and all purveyors of services. It does so on the clear understanding that under any circumstances, the company shall not be held responsible or liable for any accident, delay, personal injury,death, damage, loss or theft of personal luggage, irregularity or inconveniences caused by the travel facilities arranged by the company, its employees or agents. Although the bookings are accepted and executed with utmost care by our highly experienced staff, we will not be held responsible for any deviations or changes arising on account of certain factors beyond our control. All the prices, dates, itineraries, timetables and hotels can also be altered without prior notice.
  • As per the directive given by the Government of Nepal, all Foreign Nationals are required to provide proper proof of identification upon check-in. valid identifications documents are: Passport & Visa together, Voters Id card, Current Drivers License, Aadhar Card. All the documents must include a photograph.
  • Tour destination / route cannot change without prior notice (Amended route and tour Destination rates may be change)
  • No refund for short stay or unveiled facilities.
  • All rights reserved to management to cancel any service without any refund until full advance amount towards the service is received from the customer and accepted by company.
  • No cancellation or any refund will be made if situation is beyond our control, such as bad weather, landslide, climatic conditions or any other natural disaster, fire, any embargo, acts or decisions of government, political or national crisis, road blocks, heavy snow fall, acts of terrorism or other similar causes, strikes or problems at airlines, rails, buses, hotels or transporters, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations or due to which the customer could not reach the destination and which is beyond our control.
