Kailash Manasarovar by Helicopter and Flight From Lucknow – 8 Days

According to the Hindus Mythology, Lord Shiva spends his most of the time on the top of the holy Mount Kailash, practicing Yogic austerities, joy and love with his divine consort Parbati (Mother of Mythology). The Lake Mansarovar and the holy Mount Kailash are the SOUL of all AUM followers in the world.

"Conventional wisdom says a single circuit of Mt. Kailash wipes out the sins of a lifetime, 108 Parikramas guarantees enlightenment. A ritual bath in the sacred Mansarovar Lake delivers pilgrim to Brahma's paradise and a drop drink of its water relinquishes the sins of hundred of lifetimes."

Day 1
Pickup from Lucknow train station or Airport and drive to Nepalgunj. Briefing of Yatra in the evening. Overnight stay in Nepalgunj.
Day 2
Morning flight to Simikot . From Simikot to Hilsa by Helicopter. Cross the border drive to Taklakot (Purang). Overnight stay in Taklakot.
Day 3
Drive to Manasarovar Lake (4500m), feel spiritual water of Mansarovar. Thereafter, Parikrama of Manasarovar Lake by vehicle (3 hrs – 90 km). Overnight stay in Manasarover.
Day 4
In the morning, our staff will set up private bathing tent on the shores of Lake Manasarovar for the traditional sacred bath most pilgrims perform before circulating the holy mountain. We then perform puja and hawan on the banks. After lunch, one-hour drive to Dharchen. Overnight stay in Dharchen.
Day 5
First Day of Outer Kora – Trek to Dirapuk – After short drive, we will reach Tarboche and visit Yama Dwar. This is starting point for Kora. We will trek to Dirapuk (4860 m) which is 12 kms trek (5-6 hrs). You will visit North face of Mt. Kailash and touching the feet of Mt. Kailash (Charan Sparsh). Overnight stay in Dirapuk. Travelers who do not want to trek around (Parikrama) Kailash can go back to Darchen and wait for rest of the group to arrive from  Parikrama.
Day 6
Second Day of Outer Kora – On to Zuthulphuk with Trek to Dolma La Pass. Trek from Dirapuk to Dolma La Pass and proceed to Zuthulpuk (22 km trek for 7-8 hours trek). This is the most difficult journey throughout the yatra since you have to trek up to the 18,600 ft. From there descend to Gaurikund and further trek along with the river to Zuthul-puk. Overnight in Zuthul -puk.
Day 7
Trek to Zongdo and drive Darchen, continue drive back to Nepal border via Purang. Overnight stay in  Hilsa.
Day 8
Fly to Simikot by helicopter and from Simikot-Nepalgunj by flight .Transfer to hotel for Lunch. After lunch departure to Lucknow for your onward journey.
